His background since college has been business development and sales within the recruiting , pharma and construction verticals. He is a big believer in relationships and goal setting. He resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife Alexis and two children Harper and Hudson. Jeb holds a BA in communications and marketing from Shippensburg University.
