Personal Bio:

Joe Fleischmann joined KLNB in 2018 as Principal. At KLNB, Fleischmann primarily focuses on retail brokerage, representing both landlords and tenants.

​

Prior to joining KLNB, Fleischmann was a Vice President at Segall Group for approximately 9 years and earned the title of Principal his last two years. While at Segall Group, Fleischmann oversaw the regional expansion of numerous retailers including Core Power Yoga, Firehouse Subs, T-Mobile, Cracker Barrel and Tropical Smoothie Café. Joe’s previous experience involved small business ownership and construction. His most notable project was his supervision of the design and construction of 146 Cold Stone Creamery stores in DE, NJ, PA, VA, MD, and Washington D.C.

Fleischmann earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Salisbury University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and West Virginia, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
